Death of the Australian Robin Hood

”Such is life, ” legendary Australian outlaw Ned ‪Kelly‬ said on November 11, 1880, shortly before heading for the scaffold set up in the yard of Melbourne Gaol. Despite that more than 30 thousand people had signed the petition for reprieve, the ‪#‎bandit‬ could not avoid being hanged. More than 130 years after his execution, ‪Ned‬ Kelly is still a controversial figure of Australian history. Many see him as a common murderer and robber,but the majority of the Australians consider Kelly a folk hero fighting against the corrupt authority.
