A Crusader-era Muslim hand grenade found

A Crusader-era hand grenade has been handed over to the Israel Antiquities Authority. The hand grenade was used by the Muslim forces. The teardrop-shaped grenade was made of unglazed ceramic and embossed with grooves. The grenades were usually loaded with naphtha or petroleum.
